Rustic Wedding Venue in Bellport, Long Island
Nestled in the picturesque hamlet of Brookhaven, New York, Mama Farm is a beautiful regenerative farm designed to feel like a secret enchanted garden ensconced in woodland. Located approximately 60 miles from Manhattan, our 5-acre venue offers lush flowers, twinkling lights and swaying trees, providing the perfect setting for a Long Island wedding.
Mama Farm boasts beautiful sleeping accommodations and features a commercial kitchen on-site for food, beverage, and catering needs. Charming indoor and outdoor event spaces throughout our property offer stunning views of our vegetable flower fields, sheep grazing peacefully in meadows, wild woodland and more.
The unique layout of our venue can be customized to suit your vision, whether you're planning an outdoor ceremony or an intimate candle lit dinner in our kitchen and customizable studio space.
If you're considering an outdoor wedding, you'll find several picturesque locations throughout Mama Farm's grounds. Some options include a beautiful tea light filled teepee, a platform among our wildflower fields, and even a stage for bands or ceremonies. Our representatives can guide you through the various possibilities when you visit the property.

Please note that due to strict noise ordinances in our community, any and all music must be shut down by 10PM sharp. A penalty will be charged to those that do not comply.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding on this matter, as do our neighbors.
Additionally, we ask that guests who are not staying on property (at the B&B or the cottage) begin to vacate by 11PM. We are a working farm and need to respect the noise ordinances and our neighbors.
For a private tour of the farm, we require a fee of $100. This fee has been implemented to organize the tours and the scouts for the clients. If you book the farm, this tour fee covers 3 visits in total (one initial before the booking and 2 walk-through visits after the booking) and we count it towards the total rental due.
Venue
At Mama Farm, events can be held in several locations, depending on your vision and the size of your event. Our outdoor spaces include a beautiful tea light filled teepee, locations for bonfires, a stage for a band or ceremony to take place and more. When you come to visit the property and discuss your needs with one of our representatives, we can walk you through the options on site.
CaterinG & Rentals
When it comes to food and drink, Mama Farm only partners with the best of the best. We have preferred vendors for you to work with that can take care of your catering, drink and rental needs. Our partners can execute small and large events with excellent organic food sourced from our fields and other local farms. All our catering partners have extensive menu offerings and can work with you to create the wedding menu of your dreams.
These are vendors that we have tried personally, know are the best around and we trust to be excellent, professional and meticulous. Please talk with us about our preferred partners and what they can do for you to make your special day delicious and memorable. Whether you wish to have a seated multicourse meal or a food truck, we know and have excellent relationships with the best in the business and we look forward to sharing this information with you to make your Big Day a perfect one.
Wine & Drinks
In order for liquor to be consumed on Mama Farm, you will need to obtain a liquor license. This can be done in partnership with our preferred catering partners. All liquor has to be brought on site after a proper license is issued from the New York State Liquor Authority. Mama Farm does not provide any mixers, soft drinks, iced tea, sparkling water or lemonades. We can provide water and ice.
Event Planning & Event Design
Planning a wedding venue in Long Island can be an exciting yet overwhelming experience.
Our experienced team will work closely with you, whether you bring in your own wedding planner or choose to utilize our recommended professionals. We are passionate about helping couples create their ideal ceremony and reception. In addition to expertise in wedding planning, we offer the services of an esteemed event designer on staff, available for an additional fee.
Mama Farm provides endless opportunities to capture stunning Long Island wedding photos. As you celebrate your love on our enchanting property, our recommended Long Island wedding photographers can capture the magic of your special day. In keeping with our dedication to personalization, Mama Farm hosts one wedding at a time, ensuring your event receives the attention it deserves.
Our venue boasts a unique layout that can be customized to suit your vision and needs. We encourage you to consult our website for inspiration, as it features an array of photos showcasing our picturesque grounds and past events held at Mama Farm.
In addition to offering a stunning and customizable venue, Mama Farm can accommodate members of your family or friends on-site. We also have excellent relationships with other local small hotels and Inns that are a 2-minute drive from Mama Farm. Our commercial kitchen is available on-site to assist with food, beverage, and catering needs.
Parking
Mama Farm's parking is limited to 25 cars in our front parking lot. The B&B has a small parking lot that can accommodate 6 cars. Our neighbor, CEED, has a parking area (up to 15 cars) that is available to rent, pending availability. If you require more parking that than you will have to hire a shuttle service from local public parking lots nearby. These services must be contracted separately with our approval, and it is not included in your site fee. Additionally, if you are using our parking and/or CEED's, we require that you hire a third party valet company.
Florists
Mama Farm works with many local florists who can make your floral vision come to life. In the past, our florists have created everything from beautiful table bouquets and boutonnieres to chuppah/altar decorations, elaborate garlands and much more.

November - April $14,000
This price includes exclusive access to the farm for your event (excluding vegetable area), access to and use of the kitchen and garage areas, and a full B&B buyout (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - sleeps 8 adults comfortably, plus room for 2-3 kids). It also includes the tables, chairs and vintage furniture, listed at the end of this document.
The day after your event, event related rentals must be broken down and off property by 12PM. We will charge a fee of $1,200 for late breakdowns.
Please note that for additional overnight guests, there are two other local B&B in Bellport Village with limited accommodations – Temperance Hall and The Bellport Inn. Additionally, there is a local Springhill Suites (Marriott) just 5 miles away.
If you wish to proceed with booking Mama Farm for your wedding or private event, a deposit of 25% will be taken to reserve the date. This deposit is fully refundable up to 6 months before your event.

Prices above reflect the fees for the day of your event. Additional nights at the B&B or further property activations of any kind will incur additional costs. Please discuss your wishes with our staff so that we can come to an understanding.
If you wish to proceed with booking Mama Farm for your wedding or private event, a deposit of 50% will be taken to reserve the date. A 5% discount will be offered for paying all fees upfront. Your deposit is fully refundable up to 30-days after the payment has cleared. In the event of an emergency, Mama Farm will work with you to reschedule your date, based on our availability, strictly one time only.
